MTicket is an event ticketing platform where you can discover events, buy tickets online or via USSD (*252#), and present your ticket at the venue for entry.
No account is required for most purchases. On the website, enter your email and mobile number at checkout. For USSD, your phone number is used to link your purchase.

Buying Tickets on the Website
- Browse events on the home page and open the event you want to attend.
- Select your ticket type and quantity, then click to purchase.
- Enter your email and mobile number.
- Choose mobile money or card as your payment method and complete checkout.
- For mobile money, approve the payment prompt on your phone. For card, enter your card details securely on the payment page.
Yes. If the event organizer has enabled discount codes, enter the code during checkout on the event page before completing payment. The discount will be applied to your order total.
You will receive confirmation and your ticket details (including a QR code where applicable). Keep your ticket accessible on your phone or print it if the event allows printing.
USSD (*252#)
- Dial *252# on MTN or Airtel.
- Select MTicket from the menu.
- Choose the event you wish to attend.
- Select the ticket type and enter the quantity.
- Approve the mobile money payment to complete your purchase.

At the Event
Present your MTicket code or QR code at the entrance. Staff will scan or verify it before granting entry. For USSD purchases, use the code sent to you after successful payment.
Yes. Show the ticket or QR code on your phone screen at the gate. Make sure your screen brightness is high and the code is clearly visible. You may also print your ticket if a print option is available.
Virtual events are attended online — the event page may include a meeting or streaming link after purchase.
Hybrid events offer both in-person and online attendance. Check the event details for venue information and any virtual access instructions.

Payments
On the website, you can pay with mobile money or card. Both options are available at checkout when you purchase tickets online.

Refund policies are set by each event organizer. Contact support or the event organizer with your ticket details. Include your purchase reference and the reason for your request.
