- Choose your event: Browse the MTicket events page and select the event you want to attend.
- Select ticket type and quantity: Choose the type and number of tickets you wish to purchase.
- Enter your mobile number: Provide your mobile number for verification.
- Verify purchase: A prompt will appear on your mobile device to verify the purchase.

How to Purchase Tickets (USSD)
For customers who don't have access to web. Ticket purchase can be done using these simple steps:
- Dial *252# on MTN, Airtel and Africell network
- Select MTicket from the menu options
- Choose the event you wish to attend
- Choose the type of ticket you want
- Enter the number of tickets to purchase
- Approve mobile money to finalise the purchase
MTicket code is sent to you after successful purchase. The code is presented at the gate for verification.

How to Check Ticket Status
You can check the status of your ticket by using the simple steps below:
- Dial *252# on MTN, Airtel and Africell network
- Select MTicket from the menu
- Choose an event you want to check
- Choose check ticket option
MTicket code(s) will appear on your screen if you successfully purchased a ticket for the event.
Present your code at the gate for verification.
